Think of the business leaders you most respect. The ones who inspire you. What do they have in common? Not the most knowledge, or the hardest work ethic, or the longest list of skills. Something else entirely. They are fully themselves. Grounded. When they speak — or choose not to — it carries weight. They inspire not through authority, but through presence. And they connect people around a shared purpose.

That’s what we call: leading from clarity, confidence, and connection. And it doesn't come from the outside. It comes from within.

That's where the Academy begins.

The Academy-journey unfolds in three movements:

Wake upGoing inward. Coming into contact with your feelings, your body, your energy, your deeper self. The more familiar you become with your own essence, the more grounded and fully yourself you can be.
Grow upFreeing yourself from the patterns that shape your daily behaviour. And learning to self-regulate, responding instead of reacting.
Show upLeading from who you truly are, aligned with your mission and the impact you want to create.

What a typical trajectory looks like

Over the course of a year, a small group of 8 to 12 business leaders gathers for 13 days offsite in total, sometimes a single day, sometimes three or four in a row. Always in a homely, inspiring setting where you can step out of the daily pressure and fully be yourself. The work is partly cognitive, largely experiential. Bodywork, breathwork, honest exchange between peers. Guided by professional trainers who have walked this path themselves. But the Academy doesn't stop when the offsite days end. Between sessions, the insights find their way into your daily life and leadership. Not as techniques to apply, rather as a way of living and leading that gradually becomes your own. By the end of the year, it's not a program you completed. It's who you've become, and actually: who you’ve always been.

The company as a living system

Think about the last time you sat in a leadership team meeting that went nowhere. The same topics, the same tensions, the same faces carefully saying the right things. You leave with a list of actions nobody will follow up on. And somewhere on the drive home, you think: we're not moving.

It's not a strategy problem. It's not a people problem. It's a clarity problem. And clarity, at that level, is not something you can solve alone or from inside the system you're trying to change.

That's where the Business Program begins.

Over 12 to 18 months, we work alongside you — at eye level. First with you as CEO, then with your leadership team, then with the company as a whole. Three phases, one movement.

Phase 1: ClarityWorking one-on-one, we look at the company as a whole living system: people, leadership, and business. Structured enough to be rigorous, and open enough to surface what usually stays unsaid. By the end, you can see the full picture. Probably for the first time.
Phase 2: AlignmentThe leadership team comes in. Together, you move from diagnosis to direction, identifying the real levers, sequencing priorities, building a shared story the whole team can stand behind. The CEO leads. The team co-owns.
Phase 3: MovementThe work reaches the company. Through facilitated sessions and a quarterly rhythm, strategy becomes action. Named owners, concrete initiatives, real accountability. Not a document on a shelf — a living transformation.

What a typical trajectory looks like

Over 12 to 18 months, the journey unfolds in four concrete moments — with a steady rhythm in between.

It starts with three intensive days with the CEO alone. No team, no agenda to manage. Just a conversation but one with structure underneath it, and someone who knows how it feels, listening in a way you're not used to. Not waiting to respond. Actually listening to understand. You start with the business: markets, strategy, the operating model. Familiar ground. But the questions go somewhere else. Not 'what's your market share', but 'what are you not seeing that your competitors might be?' Not 'what's your strategy', but 'where does it fall apart when reality hits?' You find yourself being more honest than you planned to be. By the end of those three days, you don't have all the answers. But you have something better: you can see the whole system, clearly, for the first time. Where you used to see only constraints, you start to see possibilities. Where you felt stuck, you feel movement. From there, three workshop days bring the leadership team in — moving from diagnosis to a shared direction everyone can stand behind. Then a two-day transformation offsite with the management team. And from that point, a quarterly rhythm takes over: two to three days per quarter around a specific theme: culture, innovation, or whatever lever matters most right now. Between all of it: weekly follow-up calls with the CEO and deep dives where needed. Because transformation doesn't happen in the offsite days alone, it happens in what you do with them.

Once the story is clear and owned, the real transformation begins.

An Business Alchemist doesn't fix you. There's nothing to fix.

We bring decades of experience — in business leadership and in personal development — but we don't come with an agenda for who you should become. We stay fully grounded in ourselves, so you can do the same. We ask questions. We hold up a mirror. We create the conditions.

Because we believe development is a natural process. It unfolds on its own — once the right context exists. You are already whole. Our job is not to change you — it's to help you remember that.
